Ingredients
  • Herbal tea
  • Cloves
  • Ginger
  • Basil leaves
  • Mint
  • Lemon juice
Direction
  1. Use about 250 ml of water and add the tea to it.
  2. Put it on the stove and wait till it starts boiling.
  3. When it starts boiling add 2 crushed cloves and 2 tsp crushed gingers.
  4. Let it simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Add basil and mint leaves and boil it for 5 minutes more.
  6. Once the water turns brown, take it down from the fire.
  7. Add a tbsp of lemon juice to it.
  8. Make sure that you consume it while it is warm.
  9. Continue to have this for a month for the results to show.
P and B Shake

Ingredients
  • Psyllium husk
  • Bentonite clay
  • Water
Directions
  1. Take one tbsp of psyllium powder and 1 tbsp of liquid bentonite and mix.
  2. Add about 8-10 oz of water to this and shake.
  3. After consuming this concoction, have another glass of water.
  4. Make sure that you're completely hydrated after you drink this.
This shake will eliminate all the bacteria and intestinal parasites from your system so make sure that you take a probiotic after taking the shake so that you replenish the good bacteria back. So also make sure that you have the shake in an empty stomach. Continue to consume this shake for a month at least to see signs of success and continue to use for 3 months at least.

Vegetable Juice

Ingredients
  • Wheat grass juice (1 oz)
  • Spinach juice (1 oz)
  • Parsley sprouts (1 oz)
  • Cabbage juice (1 oz)
  • Celery juice (6 oz)
Directions

Mix all the juices together and consume for a complete calming, cleansing, healing and nourishing effect.

Green Papaya Cleanse

Ingredients
  • Green papaya (200 grams)
  • Any other fruits
  • Water
Directions
  1. Mix the all the ingredients together and run them through a blender.
  2. Make sure that you drink this concoction first thing in the morning.
  3. Continue sipping on this mixture throughout the day as well.
  4. Complement this with certain natural laxatives like senna.
Plum Cleanse

Ingredients
  • Plums (5, ripe)
  • Apple cider vinegar (1 Tbsp)
  • Tamarind jam (1 Tbsp)
  • Honey (400 gm)
Directions
  1. Put about 1/3 rd of the plums in a bowl.
  2. Now add water to it and boil it for 60 minutes.
  3. Stir often and add more water if the need be.
  4. After the time has passed, remove the pits and let the mixture continue to simmer for about 20 minutes.
  5. After that remove it from the fire and add honey, vinegar and jam to the mixture.
  6. Store in air-tight containers.
  7. Consume about 1 tbsp of this jam first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Raisin and Senna Cleanse

Ingredients
  • White sultana raisins (200 gm)
  • Senna (200 gm)
  • Rose hip extract (200 gm)
  • Water
Directions
  1. Steam the raisins in a liter of water.
  2. On the side, boil the senna in one liter of water as well.
  3. Let the liquids sit for while the essence gets filtered into the water.
  4. Then filter the liquids.
  5. Now mix the liquid in 2.5 liter bottles and add the rose hips extract in the bottles.
  6. Fill this concentration with boiled water and let it cool down.
  7. Store this away from the sunlight.
  8. Drink about 100 ml of this mixture in the evenings for 16 days for a complete colon cleanse.
