Herbs for Boosting Female Fertility

It is particularly useful for those with low progesterone levels.

As it can increase the menstrual flow, avoid using dong quai during menstruation.

- Red clover: Another popular herb is red clover, which is also claimed to balance hormones, and nourish the uterus. It is used to reduce menstrual cramps, and to relieve vaginal dryness. Red clover is one of the herbal remedies for female infertility caused by blocked fallopian tubes and irregular menstruation.
- False unicorn root: This herb is said to encourage ovulation, and regulate menstruation. It is used for treating uterine prolapse, recurrent miscarriages, and amenorrhea.
