Blank stares gradually consuming her soul,
Voiceless lady standing proud and tall,
Shadows corrupting the innocent, bright mind,
Trembling hands, slowly slipping lifeline.
Failed forward steps, no second thoughts,
The light she once loved, she loathes,
Tears of misery centers bargaining,
Past or future doesn't scare her living.
One last breath, so deep and despondent,
Her tensioned eyes conclude her judgement,
As a faint thought awakens her from tragedy,
She became I, and we become free.
