Nothing More to Say

Simply a love poem.
Smile for me, that certain smile,
That makes me feel content,
Bloom for me my summer rose,
That I may taste your scent,
Take my hand and catch the breeze,
That lets us fly away,
I wish that I could say much more,
But there's nothing more to say.

Titillate my appetite,
With softly whispered words,
Sigh a kiss upon my lips,
To welcome my accord,
Your breath caresses my heart strings,
And a sweet tune they play,
I wish that I could say much more,
But there's nothing more to say.

Welcome home, my sweetest love,
I've missed you since you've gone,
I know that it's been a short while,
But to me it's still too long,
Sit with me and tell me,
All the things you've done today,
I wish that I could say much more,
But there's nothing more to say.

Walk with me through neon skies,
Where we can share a dream,
To stand before a crimson sun,
As it sinks beneath the sea,
I'll hold the moon within my palm,
And offer it your way,
I wish that I could say much more,
But there's nothing more to say.

Lay me in the boudoir,
That is your wisened mind,
Teach me how to love you more,
As we spin our way through time,
Spend with me those golden years,
That see us old and gray,
I wish that I could say much more,
But there's nothing more to say.
