Take You To Eden

A quick little love poem.
Your saddened eyes are full of tears,
But they belong to yesterday's fears,
You can smile now because I'm here,
And I'll take you to Eden.

Your broken heart, I'll mend for you,
Watch your smile as it breaks through,
And dry those tears you weep so blue,
And I'll take you to Eden.

You've been through it all, had it hard,
Your muscles ache, they're battle scarred,
Stick to it girl, you'll win this war,
And I'll take you to Eden.

I'll help you through the hurt and pain,
And wipe away the blood that's stained,
And sanctify your days that remain,
And I'll take you to Eden.

I've always loved you from afar,
I've wanted you so much and more,
And now he's gone, the fighting's over,
And I'll take you to Eden.

I've took away your troubled strife,
And I've gave a purpose to your life,
If you'll wear my ring and be my wife,
Then I'll take you to Eden.
